$10 Bedding Trick to Make It Look 100%

I won’t lie to you, the majority of my hacks come from The Mighty Jane AKA my mom. One of her latest was how to make my bed look more put together. You see, when it came to bedding and frames, this was my inspo:

We currently don’t have a fashionable bed frame. I’m too much of a Libra to commit to a piece of furniture right now. So instead of spending upwards of $400 to cover my blue boxsprings, I spent around $10. Oh, you want to know how? Three words, my friends...

Fitted. Bed. Sheet

That’s right, we put an emerald green fitted bed sheet over the boxsprings to match the aesthetic and give it a more uniformed, complimentary look. The final product ended up looking like this and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out:

The room is still a work in progress, but the bed styling is finished. Who knew spicing up your bed could be this easy?
